This service includes, but is not limited to:


Ongoing consultation & advice via one-on-one meetings, phone calls, and email leading to your wedding day


Prepare, monitor, and assess your wedding budget


Prepare a detailed wedding schedule/timeline and checklists


Assist with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues


Help with selection and booking of an officiant for the wedding


Assisting with wedding theme and style development


Assist with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations


Track RSVPs and who will be attending


Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories


Find, negotiate with and book suitable wedding suppliers


Prepare itineraries, seating list, and name plates


Attend and coordinate the rehearsal (up to two hours)


Direct the processionals, recessionals and receiving line


Wedding Day coordination and execution with assistants (dress-up/church coordinator, venue coordinator, bride's assistant, groom's assistant)


You will also get access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit. This kit includes a variety of items such as bandages, safety pins, wet wipes, scissors, tape, mints, a sewing kit, and many other items to fix emergencies or necessities that may happen on the wedding day.


Our fee for this service starts at P65,000 and may increase depending on guest count, location(s), complexity of your wedding theme, and logistics.
